The stress of living with cancer and physical de-conditioning caused by cancer treatments take their toll. Regular exercise can help you relieve stress, rebuild your strength and flexibility, and can reduce your chance of recurrence. Exercise just feels good!

It’s important to check with your doctor to make sure there are no contraindications to engaging in low-impact exercise. Chairs are available, if needed, while building up strength for a full exercise routine.  If you’re still not sure if our sessions are for you, we encourage you to come and observe a session first. Don’t forget to wear clothes and shoes appropriate for exercise.

Wellness activities are free of charge and are offered to patients and caregivers.
